Most houses around here want two of these on the same visit — the drive and the patio, or the roof and the gutters. Send a couple of photos and we will tell you what is worth doing and what can wait.
Whichever service you book, the process is the same.
Call or send the form. Tell us roughly what you have and where you are. Photos from your phone help enormously and often mean we can price it without a visit.
A fixed price for the work described, in writing, with what is included spelled out. No day rates that creep and no surprises when we turn up.
We bring our own water and power. Borders and planting get wetted down and covered, cars move, and we agree where the run-off is going before a machine starts.
Method matched to the surface. You are welcome to watch, and you will be told straight away if we find something you should know about — a cracked slab, a failed joint, a loose bracket.
Joints re-sanded, everything rinsed down and swept, kit away. We walk it with you before we leave rather than sending a text from the van.
