Liam came out to clean our driveway after gardening works had been carried out, booking in with him was quick and simple and our driveway is now looking amazing!

Driveway cleaning in Great Yarmouth, plus roofs, patios and gutters.
Same driveway. One afternoon apart.
Drag the line across to compare.

Five jobs, done properly
Rather than a list of twenty that would have to be subbed out to somebody else.

Why everything here goes green
It is not that you have neglected it. Norfolk’s coast and Broads are about the dampest conditions in England for hard surfaces, and they work on your property all year.
Coastal damp never really dries out. Algae gets a foothold on north-facing paving and holds it all year.
Sheltered, low-lying and green. Moss thrives on the pitch of a roof that never sees a full day of sun.
Blown sand fills block paving joints and holds water, which is exactly what weed seed is waiting for.
Six months of standing damp turns green film to black spot, and black spot does not brush off.
How the job runs
Five steps, start to finish. Nothing here should be a surprise on the day.
Call or send the form. Tell us roughly what you have and where you are. Photos from your phone help enormously and often mean we can price it without a visit.
A fixed price for the work described, in writing, with what is included spelled out. No day rates that creep and no surprises when we turn up.
We bring our own water and power. Borders and planting get wetted down and covered, cars move, and we agree where the run-off is going before a machine starts.
Method matched to the surface. You are welcome to watch, and you will be told straight away if we find something you should know about — a cracked slab, a failed joint, a loose bracket.
Joints re-sanded, everything rinsed down and swept, kit away. We walk it with you before we leave rather than sending a text from the van.
What you get either way
Based in Great Yarmouth. We know what salt air and a Norfolk winter do to a driveway because we live with it too.
You get a number before we start and that is the number you pay. No hourly creep, no invented extras.
We arrive self-sufficient. Nothing plugged into your house and nothing run off your outside tap.
Soft wash where soft wash belongs. High pressure only where the surface can take it. Damage is not part of the service.
You will know it is us
Exterior cleaning attracts doorstep callers. We are not one of them.
Every job is booked, quoted in writing and turned up to in the same sign-written Transit — logo on both sides, the services we actually do, and the phone number you already have. If a van pulls onto your drive without that on the side, it is not us.
We do not cold call, we do not knock, and we do not ask for cash up front. You will have had a written price from us before we arrive.
- Sign-written van, local plates
- Booked in advance, never doorstep
- Written price before we arrive
- No payment asked for up front

Do we come to you?
Twenty towns and villages across the coast, Broadland and north Suffolk.
Not on the list but close by? Ask anyway — if we are already out that way we will usually come.
What people say
In their own words.
After seeing Liam’s advert for local roof washing we contacted him to discuss cleaning our roof. He was really professional and knowledgeable throughout, will definitely be contacting him again.
The bungalow gutters were overflowing down the front every time it rained. Liam cleared them from the ground, no ladder on the fascia, and showed me the camera before and after. Took the mess away with him. Price was the price he sent over.
Block paving had gone grey-green and most of the jointing sand was gone, weeds in half the gaps. They washed it and brushed kiln-dried sand back in, which the last person who did it never bothered with. Drive looks like it did when we bought the house.
Indian sandstone out the back was black-green and slippery. He moved the table and the pots, cleaned it without blowing the joints out, and put everything back. Most of a morning. Told me the pointing was still sound before he started, which I appreciated.
North side of the roof was thick with moss. Scraped and treated in a day, and the gutters were cleared of what came off. A month later there is still some staining. He said that weathers off on its own, and it is going, just slower than I expected. Job itself was tidy.
Chalet bungalow behind the dunes. Gutters were full of sand as much as leaves. Cleared from the ground and he showed me it on the camera. Straightforward.
Straight answers
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the area, the surface, and how bad it has got. That is why we quote each job rather than publishing a price list that would be wrong for most people. Send a photo and a rough size and you will get a fixed figure back.
Do you need my water or electricity?
No. We bring our own water and our own power. Nothing gets plugged into your house and we do not run off your outside tap.
Will pressure washing damage my block paving?
Not when it is done correctly. The risks are working too close, sitting in one spot, and taking the jointing sand out and not putting it back. We use a rotary flat cleaner at a set distance and re-sand the joints as part of the job.
Can you pressure wash a roof?
We will not, and you should be wary of anyone who says they will. High pressure strips the protective granules off concrete tiles and forces water under the laps. Roofs get scraped by hand and soft washed at low pressure with a biocide treatment.
How long after a roof soft wash will it look clean?
The bulk moss goes on the day. The staining and lichen die back and weather off gradually over the following few months — that is the treatment working, not a job left half done.
How often should gutters be cleared?
Once a year for most houses around here. If you have trees within reach of the roof, or you are right on the seafront, make it twice — autumn and spring.
Tell us what needs doing
Send a couple of photos from your phone and a rough size. Most jobs can be priced without anyone coming out, and you get a fixed figure back rather than a range.
